Naga Hoho Vice-president robbed, assaulted

Kohima, Nov 30 (UNI) Keviletuo Kiewhuo, the Vice-President of Naga Hoho, the apex tribal body of all Naga tribes, was reportedly assaulted by unidentified gunmen and robbed Rs 21,000 and two mobile sets from his possession in this capital town.

In a release issued here today by Naga Hoho Information and Publicity Secretary P Chuba Ozukum said when Keviletuo was coming to town, he was caught by two gunmen near the taxi parking and taken to Jotsoma area, where the miscreants looted his belonging on Tuesday night.

He was later released.
