International Children's Painting competition begins Dec 3

Hyderabad, Nov 30 (UNI) The 16th International Children's Painting Competition on Environment-- organised annually by United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)-- would be held here on December 3.

'Climate Changes' would be the theme of the competition, a statement from Osmania Medical College Doctor's Forum said yesterday.

Children in the 6 to 14 age group are eligible for the competition.

The winner would get a cash prize of 2,000 dollars and a trip to the main World Environment Day celebrations in Tromso, Norway on June 5, 2007.
