Intelligence raid on NRI's factory

Betul, MP, Nov 30 (UNI) An intelligence team from Delhi raided the Michigan Rubber India Ltd tyre factory this morning near this district's Sohagpur village, an exercise described by the unit's non-resident Indian Director Sam Verma as a ''routine inquiry.'' ''The team, comprising more than 20 officials, demanded security and that was provided,'' Superintendent of Police Jagat Singh Sanswal said while confirming the raid.

Sub-Divisional Officer (Police) Seema Alawa said that the exercise would continue throughout the night.
