ICICI's UK branch plans dollar bond - source

HONG KONG, Nov 30 (Reuters) The UK branch of ICICI Bank , India's second-largest lender, plans to issue 0 million to 0 million in perpetual bonds, a market source said on Thursday.

ICICI Bank UK PLC had set an indicative yield range of 145 to 155 basis points over mid-swaps for the issue, callable in 10 years, the source said.

Barclays Capital is the sole bookrunner.

ICICI Bank sold 0 million in five-year bonds in October and 0 million in perpetual, hybrid tier I securities in August.
