HC reserves judgement on Sikkim, Bhutan lottery case

Kochi, 30 Nov (UNI) Kerala High Court today reserved its judgement on the petitions filed by the promoters of Sikkim and Bhutan lottery against the showcause notice issued by the Kerala government for cancelling their registration in conducting lottery business in the state.

After hearing three days of arguments, Justice K Balakrishnan Nair while reserving judgements directed the state government not to proceed with the actions as in the showcause notice till the judgement in the case was delivered.
