Employer sodomises youth

Mumbai, Nov 30 (UNI) A 26-year-old youth was allegedly sodomised by his employer after giving cigarette burns on his private part for allegedly taking commission from shop owners in the western suburb of Malad, police said.

The Malad police said the victim, who was working as site supervisor with the K R Construction company in Malad, was picked up by the employer Rajendra G Shah (45), with the help of Sandeep Shah (33), Lalit Khanderwal (35), Ranjit Yadav (28), Kamsingh Devra (25) and two security guards Vijay and Anil on November 20. They took him to the office, where he was confined till 0300 hrs the next day for allegedly taking commission from shop owners of the underconstruction buildings.

During the confinement period, they had assaulted him and gave cigarette burns on his private part and thereafter, Rajendra Shah sodomised him.

A case of sodomy and wrongful confinment has been registered against all the persons, police added yesterday.
