Child attacked by pig, hospitalised
New Delhi, Nov 30 (UNI) In yet another similar incident involving a pig and a child, a 6-year-old was badly injured in the head and shoulder after a swine attacked him in Samaypur Badli area of North-West Delhi this morning.
The owner of the pig Sanjay has been arrested, said the police.
The child, Krishna, was playing near his 'A' block house in Samaypur Badli when the pig attacked him and ate part of his shoulder and head, after dragging him to a distance.
Hearing the child's cries, people gathered and rescued him.
The child was taken to the Babu Jagjiwan Ram Hospital and treated. However, he was discharged later in the day.
On November 28, a 3-year-old boy was gorged to death by a pig in the same area.
