106 intruders nabbed this year from Rajasthan border

Jodhpur, Nov 30 (UNI) The Border Security Force arrested 106 intruders this year along the Rajasthan border with Pakistan while three were gunned down.

Three AK 47 rifle, one German-made rifle, three pistol and a large quantity of explosives were seized from them.

The intruders included 13 Pakistanis, 51 Indians, 41 Bangladeshis and one Nepalese.

The BSF celebrated its 42nd foundation day here yesterday.

BSF Inspector general S K Jain lauded the service rendered by the BSF in safegurarding the borders. He said, ''Forty-one BSF jawans were hounoured with various medals and 14 were given commendation certificates this year.'' UNI PJJ YA BS1445
