Ybrant Tech acquires MediosOne

Chennai, Nov 29 (UNI) Ybrant Technologies Limited today announced it had acquired MediosOne, a leading internet advertising network focused on global consumer base.

This Colorado-based business facilitates internet advertising for organisations such American Express, eBay, US Army, and Vonage.

Following the close of the transaction, Ybrant has formed a separate business unit focused on building Internet Advertising Networks to address international traffic online.

Mr Brad Cohen will be the CEO of this new business unit, a company release said here.

Ybrant's existing business of providing services and tools to eMarketing was organized into a separate business unit for which Mr Vijay Kancharla, Ybrant's Executive Director, would be the CEO.

Both executives would directly report to Ybrant's Chairman and Managing Director Suresh Reddy. This operational model will be a step towards Ybrant's long term vision of providing end-to-end eMarketing solutions to businesses world-wide, it added.
