Winter sets in Tripura

Agartala, Nov 29 (UNI) Tripura is experiencing the onset of winter as cool breeze from North brought the temperature down to 10.3 degrees celsius today, weather office here said.

Weathermen said the mercury dropped abruptly by five degree celsius from normal temperature since yesterday after cold wave started blowing from North of this capital.

The sky will remain clear and the Celsius scale to hover between nine to 10 degrees during next 24 hours, the sources added.
