Winter approaching in Manipur

Imphal, Nov 29 (UNI) Mercury today plummeted to 8.6 degrees celsius, in Manipur much below the normal temperature today.

Weathermen here said cold breeze was sweeping across the state since last night.

They said the mercury will dip further in a couple of days.
