Rainfall lashes MP, cold intensifies
Bhopal, Nov 29 (UNI) Rainfall lashed several parts of Madhya Pradesh, including the state capital, intensifying cold conditions in the region.
Bhopal received rainfall for one hour this morning. A cloudy sky was witnessed, with sunlight during intervals.
Later, chilly winds towards the temperature with a maximum of 20 degree C being recorded in the city.
Meteorological department spokesperson said an upper air cycle built over western Madhya Pradesh brought rainfall. Most parts of the state would receive rainfall during next 24 hours.
Indore, Bhopal and Ujjain divisions received rainfall overnight.
Tikamgarh recorded lowest temperature at 9 degrees C, while Gwalior registered a temperature of 11 degrees C.
