Outlook (Hindi) Editor Alok Mehta elected Editors' Guild Chairman

New Delhi, Nov 29 (UNI) 'Outlook' (Hindi) Editor Alok Mehta has been elected Chairman of Editors' Guild and 'The Week' Resident Editor Sachidanand Murti General Secretary.

Mr Mehta had been elected unopposed. Earlier, he had been General Secretary of the Guild for four years, a statement said today.

Former Financial Express and Career and Competition Times Editor Y C Halan would be the new Treasurer.
