Maradi S Chandrashekar to officiate in Doha Asian Games

Bangalore, Nov 29 (UNI) International referee Maradi S Chandrashekar has been selected by the Asian Taekwondo Union to officiate in the Teakwondo competition in Doha Asian Games, scheduled to be held from December 7 to 10.

This was the second Asian Games that Maradi was officiating, the first one being the Busan Asian Games in 2002, according to a release here today.

He would also be participating in a Referees' Seminar and Training on December 6 in Doha, aimed at enhancing fairness in refereeing.
