Mahesh Bhatt says he is not afraid of underworld threats

Mumbai, Nov 29 (UNI) Veteran film director Mahesh Bhatt today pooh-poohed reported threats to him by the underworld and said he was not afraid of the recent threats and would continue to do his work fearlessly.

It may be recalled that three persons went to his Bandra residence and threatened the watchman asking the whereabouts of Mahesh, his son Rahul and daughter Pooja.

Mr Bhatt made the comment while talking to reporters here. He also gave details of the three-day International Peace Festival which is going to be organised here from December 1.

The festival will include people's movements and social justice by different marginalised groups from India and other parts of the world. Plays, poetry reading and seminars would also be held during the peace festival.
