IGNOU mid-term examination from December 1

New Delhi, Nov 29 (UNI) Almost 3 lakh students will appear for the mid-term examination of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), commencing from December 1.

The University has established 536 examination centres, including 33 overseas centres and 14 in jails for prisoners.

Detailed hall-ticket status for candidates is available on the University website: www.ignou.ac.in University Registrar Srikant Mohapatra said the centres have been instructed to allow students to write their papers even if they do not possess the hall ticket but their names figure in the examinee list.

The students have been asked to carry their university identity card during the examination.
