IFA Shield to feature shenzen club from China

Kolkata, Nov 29 (UNI) The 112th IFA Shield that gets underway from next Monday will feature six top teams including Shenzen Football team from China.

The other five teams for the competition are East Bengal, Mahindra United, Sporting Clube de Goa, Mohun Bagan and Mohameddan Sporting.

While Mohun Bagan and Mohameddan Sporting lock horns in the opening tie, East Bengal take on Sporting Clube de Goa in the second match on December seven.

East Bengal are clubbed with Mahindra United and Sporting Clube in Group A, while Mohun Bagan have city rivals Mohameddan Sporting and Shenzen Club in their group.

The matches would be telecast live on Zee Sports.
