College principal, son shot dead in court premises

Etah, Nov 29 (UNI) A college principal and his son were shot dead by unidentified miscreants in the district and session court premises here this afternoon.

Saraswati Vidhya Mandir Inter College, Kasganj, principal Rakshpal Singh Yadav (55) and his son Sandeep had come to court in connection with a case hearing.

They were entering the court of sessions judge (fast track II) around 1300 hrs when six armed men fired indiscriminately at them.

Both died on the spot while the miscreants escaped.

Rakshpal's other son Pradeep -- who was to be cross-examined in the case -- was sitting inside the court at that time.
