Charge framed against Bihar Minister

Chhapra, Nov 29 (UNI) A local court today framed charges against Bihar sports minister Janardan Singh Sigriwal in connection with two separate cases.

Judicial Magistrate Chandramani Kumar framed the charge against the Minister in the case related to unauthorised erection of 'welcome arches' along the route connecting Sonepur and Chhapra in 1998.

Another case in which the court framed the charges was related to the demolition of a platform constructed with the fund contributed by the public at Mahendra Mishra memorial under Jalalpur police station in 2003.

The Judicial Magistrate read the charges in the court.

Meanwhile, Mr Sigriwal told newspersons outside the court that he had full faith in judiciary and he would get justice.
