Birla NGK Insulators becomes subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo

Mumbai, Nov 29 (UNI) Aditya Birla Nuvo today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that they have acquired 82,50,000 equity shares of Birla NGK Insulators Pvt Ltd (BNIPL), from NGK Insulators Ltd, Japan, now rendering BNIPL a subidiary of their company.
