Amruta Shinde to lead Maharashtra Women's Cricket team

Pune, Nov 29 (UNI) Amruta Shinde will lead Maharashtra in the BCCI women's west zone cricket championship which gets underway at Mumbai from December 1 to 6.

Gauri Gokhale will be her deputy.

Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) honorary secretary Sudhakar Shanbhag while announcing the 14 member state squad here today said Prof P K Patel will be the manager while Mr Ratnakar Korde will be the coach to accompany the team.

The Team: Amruta Shinde (Capt), Gauri Gokhale (Vice-Capt) Anugha Deshpande (WK), Devika Palsikar, Trupti Khot, Swaroopa Kadam, Ketki Phatak, Pallavi Pawale, Chandrani Kamble, Savita Thakur, Sarika Gaikwad, Snehal Pradhan, Sonia Rajoria, Uma Namdas, Prof P K Patel (Manager) and Mr Ratnakar Korde (Coach).
