Shiv Sena corporator attacked

Mumbai, Nov 28 (UNI) A Shiv Sena corporator, Vishnu Kolgaonkar, was attacked and stabbed by a person this afternoon over a past rivalry.

The attacker, Joy Rodrigues D'Souza, has been arrested, police said. D'Souza (40) was overpowered by Sena activists, who were standing nearby, and handed over to the police.

Mr Kolgaonkar has received twelve stab injuries on his abdomen and has been admitted to the Cooper Hospital here, police said.
