Setco Automotive Board recommends maiden dividend at 10 pc

Mumbai, Nov 28 (UNI) The Board of Setco Automotive Ltd, at its meeting held today, declared the maiden dividend of 10 per cent for fiscal 2006.

Announcing this to BSE, the company said the dividend has been declared on enhanced equity of Rs 8.82 crore.

The board meeting also decided to acquire a manufacturing facility overseas through its subsidiary and also make investment in the Company's overseas subsidiary.
