PM asks Soren to resign from Cabinet

New Delhi, Nov 28 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today asked Coal Minister Shibu Soren to resign from the Cabinet in the wake of the JMM leader's conviction in the Shashinath Jha murder case.

A PMO spokesman said Mr Soren has been asked to put in his papers immediately.
