Kerala dominate Delhi on second day in Nayudu trophy
Patiala, Nov 28 (uni) Kerala dominated the second day's play in the C K Nayudu Trophy (Under-22) against formidable Delhi here at the Dhruv Pandove Cricket Stadium today.
Overnight 274 for six, Delhi were all out for 319 in 100.3 overs.
Manav Sharma was the only batsman who played with some authority scoring a masterly 75 which containing 10 fours.
Kerala's medium fast bowler P Parmeswaran took four for 98 in 32 overs.
Kerala replied strongly scoring 159 for two in 70 overs and are well set to take the first innings lead.
Leading from the front, Kerala's stylish Ranji Trophy star from Thiruvananthapuram, Rohan Prem, scored an unbeaten on 71 with 10 fours. Keeping him company was Sambasiva Sarma K unbeaten on 60 with seven fours.
Delhi's pacer Tushar Pant took both the wickets, conceding 32 runs and was very impressive. The other Delhi bowlers looked ordinary.
