Infotrek Syscon works on e-waste recycling

New Delhi, Nov 28: Infotrek Syscom Ltd is working on a unique project of electronic waste recycling processes and procedures with a planned investment of more than 5 million dollars.

The proposed capacity of the project would be 7,200 tonnes on two shift basis.

The company proposes to have eight collection centres in the next one year all over India to facilitate seamless e-waste management.

Infotrek is the only member of International Association of Electronic Recyclers, US, from India and a promoter of a concept called E-Exchange India in association with US-based Re-cyclenet Corporation.

The company is working on the structured recycling process in collaboration with Global Electric Electronic Processing Inc (GEEP).
