DLF partners with UK engineering consultancy

New Delhi, Nov 28: DLF Ltd, country's leading real estate development company and UK-based WSP Group Plc, a design and engineering consultancy firm, have tied-up to provide engineering and design expertise in all major engineering disciplines.

The venture will provide a significant delivery platform for DLF's ambitious development programme.

WSP will bring specialist staff and expertise from their global operations to support local professionals providing high quality design services to the Indian market.

''We are sure WSP will bring in its own strengths through specialist staff and high end design services. We at DLF through our sheer size and our commitment to the construction industry in the country, will set new benchmarks in the design and construction industry,'' DLF Vice Chairman Rajiv Singh said.

The partnership will be staffed by design professionals from both India and overseas and will undertake the execution of a large number of DLF's mega projects across the country as well as providing services to others.
