Constable commits suicide in Mirzapur

Mirzapur, Nov 28 (UNI) A constable allegedly committed suicide in Mirzapur district this afternoon.

Shridhar Pathak--posted at the residence of Mr O P Singh, Inspector General Inter State Border Security Force allegedly shot himself dead with a service rifle, police said.

Meanwhile, police has informed his family members in Chandauli district.

The reason behind the incident was yet to be ascertained.

The body had been sent for autopsy.
