Bharti Yadav visits MEA office

New Delhi, Nov 28 (UNI) A city court here today allowed the application of prosecution moved under section 311 Cr.P.C for recalling of witness Nitin Katara in the Nitish Katara murder case trial.

Nitin is the younger brother of Nitish Katara who was allegedly killed by Vikas and Vishal Yadav for having an affair with Bharti Yadav, daughter of former Rajya Sabha MP D P Yadav.

Bharti Yadav, a student in the United Kingdom,arrived in Ministry of External Affairs Office today for filling up the formality about her new pass port and is expected to depose before the court from November 2 9,2006 on day to day basis and Nitin Katara may be summoned for examination after the deposition of Bharti Yadav.

Bharti's brother Vikas Yadav and her cousin Vishal Yadav were accused of murdering Nitish after abducting him from a marriage party from Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh in February 2002.
