Ascendas India IT Parks acquires cyber pearl

Hyderabad, Nov 28 (UNI) The Ascendas India IT Parks Trust, a private real estate fund set up by Asia's leading business space provider Ascendas, today added a third property, Cyber Pearl to its portfoilo through the acquistion of L and T Infocity-Ascendas Ltd (LTIAL), an Ascendas released said here.

The two IT Park assets in the fund were International Tech Park, Bangalore and the V in Hyderabad.

LTIAL was formed in 2002 as a 50:50 joint venture between Ascendas and L and T Infocity, to spearahead the development of Cyber Pearl in Hitec city here.

Cyber pearl comprises two buildings, totalling five lakh sq ft of high-end IT space with an estimated five thousand employees for IT and ITES companies, including General Elecric, Nipuna, Keane, Mocrosoft and Sitel , the release added.
