Srinagar, Nov 28 (UNI) Another batch of 427 Haj pilgrims, including 168 women, from Jammu and Kashmir left here today for Jeddah in two special flights.

They were seen off at the Srinagar airport by state Finance, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Tariq Hamid Karra besides several senior civil and police officials.

Yesterday, as many as 427 Haj pilgrims, including 167 women, left here for Jeddah in two special flights.

With this, a total of 2548 pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir have so far proceeded to Jeddah to perform the Haj this year.
