Swajas Air Charters gets ISO certification

Chennai, Nov 27 (UNI) The Chennai-based Swajas Air Charters has received ISO 9001:2000 certification for providing system-driven, process-oriented services, through its corporate charters, air ambulances, air cargo, VVIP flights and aircraft.

Swajas becomes the first air charter broker in India to receive the certification.

The certification approves Swajas's Quality Management System that meets standards established by the International Organization for Standardization, a company release said today.

'Swajas Charter's primary focus has always been on the safety aspect of the charter services provided by us. The system certified adheres to standards in providing on-time performance, reliability; safety and customer service before and after delivery and maintain quality throughout the supply chain process'.

'This certification confirms to the quality of our services and operations, and reinforces the value we create for our customers,' Mr R Jayakumar, CEO Swajas Air Charters, said.
