Suicide bomber hits NATO troops in Afghan south
KANDAHAR, Afghanistan, Nov 27 (Reuters) A suicide car bomber struck a convoy of NATO troops in Afghanistan's southern city of Kandahar today, causing some casualties, Afghan civilians in the area said.
NATO forces sealed off the site of the attack, which happened on a road where several governmental buildings are located.
The casualties included several soldiers in the convoy and some civilians, the witnesses said. NATO officials could not immediately be contacted.
