Sanjay Dutt's associate found guilty, Dutt summoned

Mumbai, Nov 27: A designated TADA court here today found blasts accused and cinestar Sanjay Dutt's associate Sayeed Manzoor Ahmed guilty and summoned Dutt tomorrow in the court to decide his fate.

The court held Manzoor guilty for removing the AK-56 assault riffle and its cartridges from the residence of Dutt on directions of underworld don Abu Salem.

Manzoor had later handed over the same to accused Zaibunissa Kazi at her residence in Bandra.

TADA Judge P D Kode also found two custom officials R K Singh and Sultan Sayyed guilty for allowing the landing of the arms and ammunition in the coastal area of Raigad district.

Meanwhile, the court has acquitted blasts accused Ajay Marwa, one of the associates of Dutt, for lack of evidences.
