Sadhu's mother seeks stay on attachment of properties

Patna, Nov 27 (UNI) Mother of RJD MP from Gopalganj, Anirudh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav, Mrs Mahrajiya Devi today filed a petition in the special vigilance court seeking stay of attachment of properties of her house located in Patna.

Through a petition, Mrs Mahrajiya Devi stated before the special judge Muni Lal Paswan that the house located in Saketpuri locality of Patna was her property.

It is to be noted that special court had issued warrant of attachment of the properties of Mr. Yadav yesterday at his residence located in Patna, Gopalganj and Delhi in connection with cheating case, an off-shoot of flood relief scam.

After hearing, the court had called for report from the state vigilance bureau in this connection.
