Nikkei opens down 0.76 pc, exporters sold on yen
Tokyo, Nov 27: Japan's Nikkei average opened 0.76 percent lower on Monday as investors sold Toyota Motor Corp. and other exporters after the yen rose to its highest against the dollar in more than three months.
As of 0001 GMT, the Nikkei was down 119.04 points at 15,615.56, extending the previous session's 1.13 percent fall.
The broader TOPIX index fell 0.67 percent to 1,527.72.
