Kunigal recorded 6 cm rainfall in the State

Bangalore, Nov 27 (UNI) Following is the summary of observations recorded in weather office here at 0830 hrs today.

Rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka. Dry weather prevailed over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.

Chief rainfall amounts (cm): Kunigal 6, Sakleshpura, Nuggehalli 1 each.

Minimum temperatures rose at many places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. They were appreciably above normal at most places over North Interior Karnataka and at a few places over South Interior Karnataka, above normal at most places being appreciably so at a few places over Coastal Karnataka.

Chamarajnagara recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 17.8 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Wednesday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over Coastal Karnataka.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over Gadag, Koppal, Bagalkote, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Tumkur districts. Mainly dry weather may prevail over remaining districts over the State.

Forecast for Bangalore city: Partly cloudy. Fog/mist likely in the early morning hours. Minimum temperature would be around 19 degree celsius.
