Couple drowns in well

Palakkad, Nov 27 (UNI) A couple, Gangadharan (35) and his wife Baby (31) drowned in a well at Panayur near here in the district today.

The tragedy occured when Gangadharan fell into the well accidentally while taking a coconut from it. On hearing the news, his wife jumped into the well to rescue him.

However both drowned.
