A 35-year old youth meets watery grave

Madikeri(Karnataka), Nov 27 (UNI) A 35 year-old youth, who went for funeral of a villager, met watery grave at Kanive near Kudige, in the district yesterday.

Police said today that Puttaraju, who was going with a funeral procession, slipped and fell into the water while dancing with others as being the tradition. He was swept away by the water.

The body was yet to be recovered.
