10 killed in two road accidents in UP

Lucknow, Nov 27 (UNI) At least 10 people were killed and three others injured in two separate accidents on the same stretch of a road in Muzzafarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh early today.

Police said the accidents took place near Barla village.

In the first incident, six people, including two women, were killed when the mini-truck in which they were travelling collided with another one head-on. The victims were returning to Delhi from Dehra Dun after attending a 'Satsang'.

In the other accident, a tractor-trolley collided with a truck near Barla inter-college, leaving four people, including a father-son duo, dead.
