Two stranded passengers go missing in Kashmir
Srinagar, Nov 26 (UNI) Two stranded passengers have gone missing while 38 others reached here safely today, police said.
Giving details, they said a group of 40 passengers stranded on the 434-km Srinagar-Leh national highway started off for here early this morning.
However, while 38 passengers reached here safely, two, identified as Shabir Ahmed Andrabi and Bashir Ahmed (both from Anantnag district in south Kashmir), have gone missing, police added.
They said the SHO Drass police station has rushed a team to locate the missing people.
However, unconfirmed reports said the two died on their way here.
