Time device seized from an ISI agent in Asom-WB border

Kokrajhar, Nov 26 (UNI) Army today recovered a powerful bomb from a suspected ISI activist's property at Makati village under Gossaigaon police station here along the Asom-West Bengal border.

Army sources informed here that a raid was conducted on a tip off.A 3 kg time device was recovered from the property of one Abdul Zaffar, which had been kept buried in the ground, the sources added.

Zaffar managed to flee but five others were picked up by the Army in this connection and were handed over to the police.

Meanwhile, Army had recovered a 3 kg IED from the inter-state border from another suspected ISI agent's house yesterday.
