Rathwa inaugurates rail link between Gandhidham, Samkhiali

Bhuj, Nov 26 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Railways Naranbhai Rathwa today inaugurated the 53-km-long rail link between Gandhidham and Samkhiali stations in Kutch district that will connect Kandla and Mundra ports to northern India.

Inaugurating the link, established at a cost of Rs 455 crore, Mr Rathwa said the double line between the two stations will increase wagon frequency and ease the traffic congestion between Kandla port and Ahmedabad.
