New Delhi, Nov 26 (UNI) Pakistan is eagerly awaiting the proposed visit of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to Islamabad, Pakistan Foreign Minister Khurshid Mahmood Kasuri said today.

''We are eagerly waiting for the Prime Minister's visit...Whenever there is a high profile visit, the bureaucracy in both countries works hard to make it a success,'' Mr Kasuri told reporters after an hour-long meeting with former External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha.

During the visit of Dr Singh ''all aspects of all issues, which have emphasis in India like Kashmir, Siachen or the anti-terror mechanism, will come up for discussion and there will be an earnest effort to find a resolution to all these,'' he said.

Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf had already visited New Delhi and now it was Dr Singh's turn, the Minister said.

According to media reports from Islamabad, Dr Singh's visit is likely to take place at the end of February or early March.

Mr Kasuri, who is here on a private visit to attend the marriage of Panchayati Raj Minister Mani Shankar Aiyar's daughter, will have an informal meeting with External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee over lunch tomorrow.

The Pakistani Minister said he had a meeting with Mr Sinha as the ongoing peace process, started when Mr Atal Bihari Vajpayee was Prime Minister, required bipartisan support in both the countries.

Mr Kasuri said the momentum of the peace process should be maintained irrespective of the fact whether one was in power or in the opposition.

During his stay, he will also meet former Prime Minister I K Gujral and former External Affairs Minister K Natwar Singh.
