Non-bailable warrant against RJD MLA

Latehar, Nov 26 (UNI) A district court has issued non-bailable warrant against local RJD MLA Prakash Ram in connection with a 16- -year-old criminal case, involving 40 others.

According to prosecution, Mr Ram along with 40 armed supporters illegaly obstructed mining in the Sikni colliery under Chandwa police station.

They also damaged mining equipment and gutted some nearby huts.

Chief Judicial Magistrate A K Chaturvedi issued non-bailable warrants against all the accused yesterday.
