Nitish Kumar to tell his Bihar story at IIM-A
Ahmedabad, Nov 26: After Railway Minister Lalu Prasad's tryst with the IIM-A two months ago, now its his arch rival and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's turn to deliver a lecture at the country's premier management institute this evening.
Mr Kumar, who completed one year in office on Friday, will speak on the challenges and opportunities in developing Bihar. He will also outline the report card that he released on his government's achievements this week.
Mr Prasad had earlier been invited by the IIM-A to talk on the turnaround of Indian Railways. He had enthralled the students with his witty one-liners and out-of-the-box business models.
Mr Kumar's speech will be the concluding lecture at the 'Confluence 2006', an international business school event, organised by the IIM-A. Top corporate honchos and industry leaders had earlier participated in the meet that began on Thursday.
Over 500 students from top business schools across the country and few from Europe, US and South-East Asia are participating in the campus events at the Confluence.
