K'taka: 11 buried alive under iron ore

Bangalore, Nov 26: Eleven people were buried alive and thirteen others were injured when waste meterial like ash and iron ore waste was being unloded from a dipper in a mine area, near Toranagal in Hospet district last night.

Information reaching a police headquarter here said the deceased and the injured were collecting waste material at the place of mishap.

The police said while unloding, the dipper moved resulting in burying alive of eleven people. The injured had been admitted to different hospitals.
