Kerala-vidarbha Ranji match ends in draw

Palakkad, Nov 26 (UNI) The Ranji Trophy plate A cricket match between Kerala and Vidarbha ended in a tame draw at port Maidan here today.

While Vidarbha got two points due to first innings lead Kerala got no points.

Kerala in their second innings scored 277 for 6 with three batsmen -- S Ramesh scored (60), Rober Fernandez (72) and Sreekumaran Nair (58)-- scoring helf centuries.

For Vidarbha, Akshay Wakhere took two wickets for 57 runs. Kerala will now play their second match against Madhya pradesh in the same ground from December 1 to 4.
