Ashok Singhal to pitch for Ram mandir in Ayodhya

Jaipur, Nov 26 (UNI) Ramjanmabhoomi Mandir Nirman Uchchadikar Samiti would organise a 'Vishal Hindu Sammelan' in Jaipur on December 3 in support of the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

Addressing a press conference here today, Dr Radhawachari, president of the Rajasthan Sanskrit Academy said VHP international president Ashok Singhal would address the meeting. He said the meeting was organised in support of the decision of the Virat Sant Sammelen held at Prayag on November 18-19.

He said the sants have decied at the meeting that the Ram Mandir would be constructed at the same venue where the Ram idol is installed now. The structure of the madir would be the one approved by the Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas which was displayed at the site.

The meeting assumes importance in the light of the demand made by Dwarkapeth Sankaracharya Swami Swaroopanad that the Ram Mandir would be constrcuted at Ayodhya on the Cambodian style and not on the one approved by the Ram Janmabhumi Nyas.
