2 killed in Basti road accident

Basti, November 26 (UNI) At least two persons were killed and two others severly injured when a truck rammed into a mini-truck here today, police said.

Superintendent of Police R P Chaturvedi said the mishap occurred on Basti-Faizabad national highway under Chavni police station area, where a speeding truck collided with a mini-truck.

Two persons identified as Anant Ram Agarwal and Pappu Kushwaha died on the spot, while two others injured were rushed to hospital in a serious condition.
